Here’s a glimpse into the production process of our RFID cards:
Upon receiving your order and finalizing the design, our workshop promptly initiates production. The process bifurcates into two concurrent stages: the printing of the card's outer layer and the binding of chips with antenna coils inside the core material. Once both components are ready, they undergo lamination, a critical step where the printed surface and inner core are bonded under high heat and pressure. This seamless fusion ensures durability and optimal performance of the RFID card.
